Meet Our Founder

Ronald “Roc” Taylor

Founder, We Care 365

Ronald “Roc” Taylor is the founder and driving force behind We Care 365, built on one simple belief: people deserve care every day of the year. Whether it’s day or night, Roc is known for answering the call, offering support, connecting people to resources, and standing beside those who need someone most.

Born and raised in Chicago’s Englewood community, Ronald is the youngest of six children. His upbringing instilled in him the values of compassion, resilience, and service — today he’s widely recognized as a trusted leader, community advocate, and pillar of Englewood.

With experience in violence prevention, Ronald mentors youth, supports families, cares for seniors, and uplifts anyone who crosses his path — leading always with compassion, integrity, and action. His vision: every individual should know someone cares, every day of the year.
